Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By engaging our training services, you agree to these terms. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Cancellations require 14 days notice. All materials are proprietary and cannot be reproduced without written consent.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, frameworks, and tools are owned by Elite Time Management. Client retains ownership of any materials they create using our methods.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of productivity or profits.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in New York State. Users waive class-action rights. Governing law is New York State law.

Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, client must destroy all materials. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
